I’m a clinical psychologist who works with children, teens, and young adults. I’m passionate about creating a space where young people feel seen, heard, and supported. I help clients navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, school difficulties, and social stress, always with the goal of helping them feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.
Building a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation of my work. I believe that when kids and teens feel safe and connected in therapy, they’re more open to learning, growing, and trying new ways of coping. I take a collaborative approach to setting goals and developing tools that make sense for each client’s unique strengths and needs.
My style is flexible, compassionate, and evidence based. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and interpersonal process therapy, while always tailoring treatment to the individual. In addition to therapy, I provide psychological and educational evaluations, school consultation, and support for families.
I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England and my bachelor’s degree from Boston University. I completed my APA internship at Community Healthlink, where I focused on child and adolescent therapy, preschool consultation, and comprehensive assessments. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings and I bring that broad experience into every session.
Whether I’m helping a child build emotional awareness, supporting a teen through a tough transition, or partnering with families on shared goals, my priority is helping clients feel empowered and understood.
