I am a licensed clinical psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist, providing both comprehensive psychological evaluations and therapy services at CORE Coping. I specialize in clinical, cognitive, and diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, and mood or behavioral challenges. In addition to assessment, I offer individual and family therapy to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping strategies, and build lasting skills for growth.
My professional experience spans schools, private practice, and community-based settings, giving me a broad understanding of the social, emotional, and academic challenges that can affect children, adolescents, and families. I also work with adults seeking support for similar concerns. My practice is trauma-informed and guided by a belief in meeting each client where they are, using an eclectic and collaborative approach to promote meaningful progress.
I create a supportive, solution-focused environment where clients feel understood and empowered. Whether conducting an evaluation to clarify learning, behavioral, or emotional needs, or engaging in therapy to build strength, my goal is to help individuals and families move toward greater balance and confidence.
I earned my Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and my bachelor’s degree in psychology and studio art from Hamilton College, with a minor in Spanish.
