I’m a licensed psychologist with a background in both counseling and school psychology, and I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and life challenges. Whether I’m helping a child understand how they learn best, supporting a teen through identity development, or working with an adult client to manage stress, anxiety, or the lingering effects of trauma, my approach is grounded in compassion, insight, and collaboration.
Much of my early clinical work has focused on neuropsychology, executive functioning, trauma, and attachment and these themes continue to shape how I support clients of all ages. I’m especially interested in how chronic stress can impact the brain and behavior, including the ways we regulate emotions, stay organized, or feel connected in relationships.
I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels safe and welcoming where self-discovery, healing, and meaningful growth can happen. I work to build strong relationships with my clients and tailor my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
In addition to therapy, I also offer neuropsychological and educational evaluations to help clarify how individuals think and learn, and how best to support them at school, work, or in daily life.
I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling and School Psychology from Northeastern University, my master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, and my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida. I’m also a certified school psychologist and have years of experience working in both school and private practice settings.
Whether you're seeking support for your child or teen or looking for a therapist to help you better understand yourself and move through life’s challenges, I'm here to support you with thoughtful guidance, proven strategies, and a genuine commitment to your growth.
